I’ve found a new beverage that does triple duty. It fills me up, curbs my sweet craving, and rehydrates.

I add about 12 ounces of club soda (charge water, sparkling mineral water) to about four ounces of fruit juice. Pineapple is my favorite, but I use whatever I have in the house. Hubby bought a bottle of tart red cherry juice after his men’s health magazine said it has amazing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s very sour, but not too bad when diluted with fuzzy water.
